For parents

You see what is really happening with your child’s learning — without the parts that create pressure.

What you can see

  • How many days and how many minutes they studied this week.
  • Which lessons they finished and how many questions they answered.
  • Mastery by subject, and whether it is moving up or down.
  • The two or three topics that need attention right now.
  • How many mistakes are waiting to be reviewed.
  • Recent mock exam results.
  • Specific, actionable suggestions for how to help.

What you cannot do, and why

The parent account is **read-only**. You cannot answer questions for your child, and you cannot change how they classified a mistake. This is deliberate, not a technical limitation: the moment a parent can answer on a child’s behalf, every mastery number on the site becomes meaningless.

Linking to your child’s account

Linking requires your child’s participation. They open Settings → Parent access, generate an 8-character code, and read it to you. You enter it on your dashboard. The link only becomes active once that code is entered correctly.

Nobody can view a child’s learning data by knowing an email address alone.

How we avoid creating anxiety

  • No class rankings and no comparison against other children.
  • Reports are split into "improved this week" and "worth some attention" rather than reduced to a single score.
  • Mastery always states how many questions it is based on — when the evidence is thin, we say so.
  • A broken study streak produces no punitive messaging of any kind.

Singapore PDPA compliance and children’s data handling must be reviewed by a qualified professional before launch.
